  • ​Tai Chi Chuan

    Although Tai Chi was originally a Martial Art it is mainly practiced today as an excellent form of exercise with many health benefits.

    The words Tai Chi Chuan mean Supreme Ultimate Boxing, used as an exercise for health it would loosely translate as Supreme Ultimate Exercise or Skill.

    Most have seen it's flowing and mesmerizing movements...
    Would you like to learn a exercise system, that's also a gentle martial art? Can you imagine improving in a skill,  with all of these health benefits for the rest of your life?

    Qigong - Chi Gung

    ​The Mother of all Chinese Internal systems and martial arts. The translation of which is Energy Cultivation, or Energy Work.

    ​The Chi Gung (qigong) systems that we teach will heal, renew, and grow the intrinsic energy contained within us. It's the "stuff" that the universe is comprised of.​

    We learn to cleanse the body, and " Build the Chi" This may be why many people, including myself, have had miraculous recoveries. I owe my life to these practices.

    Qigong/Chi Gung has traditionally been taught alongside Tai Chi and will be offered as well

    Energy Cultivation Exercises have been around for over 1,000 years .
    The Chinese word for air is Chi. They call the practice of these exercises
    Chi Gung/Qigong (chee gung).

    Qigong can be performed standing, sitting, or moving.
    An popular example of moving qigong is the art of Tai Chi.

    All of us need oxygen taken from the air we breathe to fuel our brains, and our bodies.

    Without enough oxygen everything works less efficiently, and our health suffers.
    ​Did you know most people use only a third or less of their total lung capacity when they breathe

     and they’re missing out on a large amount of usable oxygen that can be used to

    heal and maintain your body at a higher level.
    Imagine what can happen if we put that into good use.
