Make room for well-being

Support the people behind the work.

A wellness program should be welcoming, practical, and easy to participate in. Tai Chi offers your employees an opportunity to slow down, move with awareness, and enjoy time together.

Pause & reset

Mindful breathing and unhurried movement invite employees to settle their attention and take a restorative break.

Move with ease

Give your team a gentle movement break from sitting and screen time, with an emphasis on posture, coordination, and comfortable motion.

Connect as a team

Share a positive experience without competition or pressure to perform. Everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace.

Your workplace. Your goals.

Choose a program that fits your team.

Start with a single session or make Tai Chi part of your regular wellness calendar. We’ll discuss your group, space, schedule, and goals to find a good fit.

Introductory Workshop

Ongoing Workplace Classes

Planning made simple

Common questions.

Do employees need experience or special equipment?

No prior experience is needed. Comfortable clothing and supportive footwear are recommended. Standing sessions need clear space to move; seated sessions need stable chairs.

Can you come to our office?

Yes. Tru Tai Chi offers on-site corporate programs throughout Palm Beach County. Share your location and preferred dates so Bruce can confirm availability and travel arrangements.

How long is a session?

The session length can be discussed around your team’s schedule and the type of program you want. Let Bruce know whether you’re planning a workday break, a dedicated class, or a special event.

Can we arrange a recurring program?

Yes. Ongoing classes can be discussed based on availability. A regular commitment may qualify for a reduced per-class rate.

What information should we include in our inquiry?

Please include your company name, location, approximate group size, preferred dates, desired session length, and whether you’re interested in a single event or ongoing classes. Mention any seated options your group may need.
