Great news. We’re expanding to a new Tai Chi location in Palm Beach Gardens,
opening this March.
We look forward to welcoming new students and growing our local community.
Be sure to return to this page for upcoming announcements, schedules, and registration information.

Palm Beach Gardens is a short drive from Jupiter, and it’s been a great location for people in the surrounding area.

I recommend visiting my website, you can also find more details about our school, how I teach, and what the classes focus on at www.trutaichi.com

If Palm Beach Gardens could work for you, I’d be happy to have you join us. Feel free to reach out with any questions as the start date gets closer.

Kind regards,

The Art of Tai Chi

Tai Chi is renowned for its slow, graceful movements, gentle, flowing, and unbroken, like waves rolling onto the shore and then quietly returning to the sea.

Each movement is guided by the natural harmony of yin and yang, a continual shifting of balance from one side of the body to the other, creating the elegant postures that make Tai Chi so beautiful to watch and even more rewarding to experience.

When these movements are coordinated with the breath, something remarkable happens: the mind and body begin to move as one. The breath becomes the bridge that connects them, calming the spirit while awakening inner strength and awareness.

Although Tai Chi Chuan (The Supreme Ultimate Fist) originated as a martial art, it is now practiced worldwide as an extraordinary form of gentle exercise, improving strength, balance, flexibility, and peace of mind.

You’ve likely seen its mesmerizing flow before...
But have you ever wanted to learn a living art an exercise system that is also a gentle martial discipline?

Imagine improving every day, cultivating health, confidence, and vitality for the rest of your life.

How Slow Movement Builds Real Strength

Slow movement activates both body and mind in a way that fast, repetitive exercise often misses.

When you move slowly and mindfully:

  • You maintain constant muscle engagement, building tone and endurance.

  • You develop joint strength and balance, reducing injury risk.

  • You improve mind-body coordination, training precision.

  • You awaken deep stabilizer muscles for lasting control.

In Tai Chi, this principle is called “silk reeling energy”
A flow of power that connects
your entire body through smooth, circular motion.
